Readiness to practice (R2P) in healthcare was inspired by looking at readiness to practice healthcare with Indigenous populations. The project is looking at how R2P is defined and measured in the literature so we can create a scale that encompasses all the constructs we find in order to give more clarity and structure to the concept.
